ULTIMATE TRACK AND FIELD TRAINING ACADEMY (U.T.F.T.A.)

Learn from the experts who have trained thousands of athletes from all over New Jersey and the country. Learn how to improve your stats in every event and lower your times in every race by improving running technique, event technique, increasing power and strength and reducing nagging injuries like shin splints.

What we offer:

1. 1 on 1 personal training for any event. Just you and an expert in your specialty will work on what YOU need to get better.

~ learn the specifics of any event

~ Increase strength and power

~ Prevent injuries

~ Improve running mechanics

2. Small group training (2 - 5 athletes) This is not quite as quality training as 1 on 1 but still better than other facilities as we will only allow similar athletes in groups. (there wont be any soccer players in your group if you are a long jumper. Only other jumpers) This is also a less expensive option.
