Brad Vaccaro:
Brad has been training and educating athletes all over the country for almost 30 years about increasing speed and improving strength and power. He has owned the Sports Conditioning Institute and Ultimate Track for over 20 years. He specializes in track and field training with a focus on injury prevention. He has worked with over 30,000 athletes with phenomenal success and NO injuries. He has also been coaching track all over Bergen County NJ for nearly 3 decades, and Naples Florida since 2021.
Vaccaro is owner of the Sports Conditioning Institute and Ultimate Track in NJ and FL. They have been the leaders in football position specific and combine prep training, track and field event training and overall athlete and adult personal training since 2004. He has pioneered a new training philosophy that is outlined in his videos and publications known as the "Training Revolution", which details the trademarked training method "Anti Momentum Training." This method gets the most out of athletes while avoiding the DANGEROUS exercises that are done by other supposed "fitness experts". This method eliminates the most injury prone exercises and utilizes revolutionary lifting techniques that reduce stresses on the body.

Roland Gamez:
(Hurdles, HJ, LJ, TJ, Pentathlon, Decathlon)
Roland has graduated from Hasbrouck Heights High School in 2013. He holds over 40 major meet championships, including 11 league/ conference titles and 4 state group championships. He holds 9 indoor and 6 outdoor school individual and relay records. Roland was 1st Team All County 6 times in 5 different events in winter and spring track. He also was awarded The Bergen Record's "Athlete of The Week" during his Senior year. He also competed in the New Balance Indoor Nationals 3 times where he placed 8th in the nation in the Pentathlon his senior year.
Roland still competes as an Unattached Athlete for the Decathlon.

Frankie Richard:
(Jumps)
Frankie is a track athlete known for his standout performances in the long jump and triple jump. Graduating from Northern Highlands High School in 2016, he competed at high levels in long jump, triple jump, and high hurdles. Some noteworthy achievements: All Bergen County Team Long Jump in 2015 and Triple Jump in 2016. NJSIAA Group 3 State Champion Long Jump in 2015 and Triple Jump in 2016. New Balance Nationals Emerging Elite Champion Long Jump in 2015. Continuing his track career at Rowan University, Frankie earned NCAA Division III All-American Indoor Track & Field status for Long Jump in 2020. Frankie now shares his expertise in coaching sprinters and jumpers.
Dalton Friend: Dalton graduated from Don Bosco Prep back in 2014, participated in 3 years of track in High School and 4 years of football. He is a state sectional, league, and county champion in the 400m. He was able to win New Balance All American in Indoor & Outdoor track and held the Bergen County DMR Record in a relay and also won a HS National Championship in football in 2011. In 2014 he was the Bergen County Meet of Champions 400m gold medalist and led his team to win the state sectional championship that year running the 200m - Silver, 400m - Gold and anchored the 4x400m relay - Gold. He is top 3 in the 400m in school history as well as top 12 in the 100m and 200m. He currently is the Head Coach of Don Bosco Prep track & field coaching the sprinters & jumpers and has been a coach at Don Bosco for the last 5 years.
Nick Joannidis:

Nick Joannidis has been running for over 35 years, having done practically every possible racing event or distance from the 100 meters through the marathon. He competed in varsity high school cross country and track at Saddle Brook High School in the mid-1980's, varsity cross country and track at Division II Pace University and finished well over 300 road races since then, including 25 marathons with a lifetime best of 3:14:50. He was the president of the Hoffmann LaRoche corporate running team for 7 years, growing the team from 25 to over 90 during his tenure and coaching many of these runners to achieve their goals. In 2011 he was a coach for the Fair Lawn Recreation track team, helping the 10-14 year old group. Over the past few years he helped the Fair Lawn and Manchester Regional high school running programs. He is currently personally coaching dozens of runners, from beginner levels to advanced levels and getting them ready to meet their goals. In addition to running coaching, he helps with athlete nutrition, race directing and getting races more competitors.
Anthony Gotto:

Coach Gotto is a graduate of Kean University and has been coaching for the past 10 years. He is currently the throws coach at Wayne Hills High School and continues to compete in open competitions in the shot put, discus, and javelin. Before joining the coaching staff at WHHS coach Gotto was a throws coach at Belleville High School. Coach Gotto’s coaching achievements include: 5 Essex County Champions, 3 Super Essex Conference Champions, 4 NJSIAA group 3 qualifiers and 2 NJSIAA Meet of Champions Qualifiers. In addition Coach Gotto has helped numerous athletes reach the collegiate level In the throwing events.
Orion Woodard:
Orion has been a successful trainer and football coach for over eight years. He was a two sport star in football and track at the University of Cincinnati and a member of the 2010 football team that was inducted into the University's Hall of Fame. Throughout his high school and college career he was a key player on seven championship football teams and one championship track team. He was also a coach on three championship football teams.
Post college he played for the Texas Revolution arena football team and then went on to play semi pro football with the Newark Spartans and Sussex Stags.
